Professional stage mechanisms

The range of equipment we offer includes professional mechanization devices, stage and acoustic curtains, decorations, mobile stages, aluminum traverses, fastening equipment. Modern mechanization equipment used in concerts held in theaters, outdoor spaces, and indoor spaces greatly facilitates the work of stage workers, ensures safe performances without interference, looks aesthetically pleasing, and operates quietly.

We offer motorized lifts of various types and for different needs. For smaller stages, relatively inexpensive fixed-speed motorized lifts are available. Concert halls use chain hoists specially manufactured for the entertainment industry. These synchronously controlled lifts are mostly used to raise floodlight bridges, hang acoustic systems or raise the roof part of mobile stages. For lifting decorations, hoists with steel ropes or steel bands are usually installed, which operate quietly and smoothly.

Motorized variable speed elevators with computerized control are mostly used and designed in theater stages and multi-purpose entertainment complexes. Computerized control systems with technical solutions ensuring system safety are installed to manage these lifts. The speed of these lifts can be smoothly adjusted from zero to a high speed of 1.5-1.8m per second. Also, these lifts are extremely precise, operate very quietly, and their stop positions can be programmed in the control system with millimeter accuracy.

Variable speed elevators with a lifting capacity of 500 kg to 1500 kg have special safety requirements for their control systems in accordance with the special standards regulated by the European Union for the mechanization of the entertainment industry. Stage control systems must be easy to operate, allowing the director or stage designer to implement the most complex and diverse artistic solutions. Servers operating in a computer network, computerized electromechanical drives, operator consoles with interactive touch-sensitive screens and manipulators of robotic systems are used to manage stage technologies and store information.
