Audiotonas specialists updated the sound and microphone system In the Palanga sports center. The recently released RC 8 acoustic systems from the manufacturer AMC were used for main PA sound system, as these loudspeakers are intended for large indoor and outdoor spaces, have a moisture- and dust-resistant housing. The uniqueness of these loudspeakers is the 110º x 110º horizontal and vertical sound dispersion. Thanks to the coaxial speaker design, system can reproduce frequencies from 75 Hz to 20 KHz. These features make RC 8 acoustic systems perfect not only for voiceover, but also for music. Visitors to the Palanga Sports Center will feel this difference immediately after visiting the renovated spaces.
The wireless microphone system was also updated. A digital Shure SLXD24 system with a handheld microphone transmitter will be used from now on, as the digital transmission of the microphone signal provides higher fidelity sound transmission and more reliable operation without RF interference (compared to the conventional UHF radio microphones used previously), and the new microphones can operate up to 100 meters from the receiver.
