Audiotonas specialists have chosen a new lighting solution for the renovated tower – the inner and outer walls of the tower are now illuminated from above, thus reducing the negative impact of dripping salt water, but maintaining the original lighting vision of the tower. Highly resistant RGBW colored LED fixtures were used for lighting, creating the illusion of colors moving in a circle. In addition, the tower’s surroundings will be even more impressive, as during the renovation, 12 additional spotlights were installed on the roof structure aimed at the treetops. Together with the lighting of the tower’s facade, the colored tree branches create a magical atmosphere that perfectly harmonizes with the sounds of flowing water.
This is not the first colorfully illuminated object in the city of Birštonas – several years ago, Audiotonas installed innovative lighting for the observation tower. The mineral water tower, as well as the observation tower, has programmable lighting colors, allowing to create various color combinations. The lighting system is controlled and programmed remotely, but daily operation is automated. The lighting of the mineral water evaporation tower automatically turns on every evening at dusk and turns off when the environment becomes sufficiently bright, this function is performed by light sensors connected to the control system.
