Innovative audiovisual solutions in a new “Teltonika” office in Vilnius

In order to maintain the highest operational standards, Teltonika decided to integrate the most advanced audiovisual solutions in the new office. Audiotonas team was chosen to implement this ambitious project. The task included the installation of audiovisual systems in three main areas: the audiovisual system in the main event hall, the systems in the meeting rooms and the room reservation system.

1. The main event hall – excellent sound and video solutions

The large event hall became one of the most important parts of the project, which was subject to particularly high quality requirements. Teltonika aimed to implement a sound system of a level that would perform extremely well at both lower and higher volume levels – we were able to achieve concert-level sound pressure, ensuring not only powerful sound, but also clear speech intelligibility, while making the acoustic systems almost imperceptible .

We chose Renkus-Heinz acoustic systems for this task. We chose custom-made IC16-RD loudspeakers with 64 integrated speakers and Omni-beam vertical dispersion control, which allowed us to create a uniform sound pressure throughout the hall, both front and back rows. Bass is reproduced using SA118-RD in-wall subwoofers. These acoustic systems produce an impressive sound pressure of 132 dB and ensure uniform reproduction of low frequencies.

Shure MXA920 ceiling-mounted smart microphone arrays ensure quality sound pickup from any point in the hall, while Shure ULXD professional wireless microphone system completes the overall audio solution.

Video solutions were implemented using AVer 4K resolution cameras with integrated artificial intelligence, which are able to automatically follow the speaker without operator intervention. The entire video signal system was built using Crestron NVX AV-over-IP solutions, ensuring the highest video quality. The atmosphere was complemented by Robert Juliat theatrical LED lights, which not only provide professional lighting, but also feature quiet operation.

2. Meeting rooms – effective communication and presentations

We have installed 28 meeting rooms in Teltonika’s central office, suitable for both local meetings and remote calls. Each room was equipped with Samsung video monitors of the appropriate size (55″ to 85″), selected according to the size of the rooms and the number of participants.

Logitech Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini equipment has been installed to ensure high quality video conferencing. Crestron Airmedia systems made it possible to share content and organize video calls wirelessly, without any additional cables or software installation.

3. Room reservation system – convenience without any subscription fees

Finally, we installed a modern Biamp Evoko Liso room reservation system, which works without monthly subscription fees and allows to conveniently manage meeting room reservations on-premises. We installed this system in 26 rooms, ensuring easy access to the premises and maximum comfort of use.
