Audiotonas team was chosen to implement this ambitious project. The task included the installation of audiovisual systems in three main areas: the audiovisual system in the main event hall, the systems in the meeting rooms and the room reservation system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. The main event hall \u2013 excellent sound and video solutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The large event hall became one of the most important parts of the project, which was subject to particularly high quality requirements. Teltonika aimed to implement a sound system of a level that would perform extremely well at both lower and higher volume levels &#8211; we were able to achieve concert-level sound pressure, ensuring not only powerful sound, but also clear speech intelligibility, while making the acoustic systems almost imperceptible .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We chose <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renkus-heinz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Renkus-Heinz<\/a> acoustic systems for this task. We chose custom-made <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renkus-heinz.com\/product_detail\/ic16-rd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IC16-RD<\/a> loudspeakers with 64 integrated speakers and Omni-beam vertical dispersion control, which allowed us to create a uniform sound pressure throughout the hall, both front and back rows. Bass is reproduced using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renkus-heinz.com\/product_detail\/sx-sa118\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SA118-RD<\/a> in-wall subwoofers. These acoustic systems produce an impressive sound pressure of 132 dB and ensure uniform reproduction of low frequencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shure.com\/en-MEA\/products\/microphones\/mxa920?variant=MXA920W-S-60CM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shure MXA920<\/a> ceiling-mounted <strong>smart microphone arrays<\/strong> ensure quality sound pickup from any point in the hall, while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shure.com\/en-MEA\/products\/wireless-systems\/ulx-d_digital_wireless\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shure ULXD<\/a> professional wireless microphone system completes the overall audio solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Video solutions<\/strong> were implemented using AVer 4K resolution cameras with integrated artificial intelligence, which are able to automatically follow the speaker without operator intervention. The entire video signal system was built using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crestron.com\/Products\/Featured-Solutions\/DigitalMedia-NVX-Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Crestron NVX AV-over-IP<\/a> solutions, ensuring the highest video quality. The atmosphere was complemented by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.robertjuliat.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Robert Juliat<\/a> theatrical LED lights, which not only provide professional lighting, but also feature quiet operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Meeting rooms \u2013 effective communication and presentations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have installed <strong>28 meeting rooms<\/strong> in Teltonika&#8217;s central office, suitable for both local meetings and remote calls. Each room was equipped with <strong>Samsung <\/strong>video monitors of the appropriate size (55&#8243; to 85&#8243;), selected according to the size of the rooms and the number of participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Logitech Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini equipment has been installed to ensure high quality video conferencing. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crestron.com\/Products\/Featured-Solutions\/Airmedia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Crestron Airmedia<\/a> systems made it possible to share content and organize video calls wirelessly, without any additional cables or software installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Room reservation system &#8211; convenience without any subscription fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, we installed a modern <a href=\"https:\/\/meetevoko.com\/products\/evoko-liso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biamp Evoko Liso<\/a> room reservation system, which works without monthly subscription fees and allows to conveniently manage meeting room reservations on-premises. We installed this system in 26 rooms, ensuring easy access to the premises and maximum comfort of use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The result is top-class hardware and efficient application of solutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After implementing this project in the new Teltonika office, we created a modern, efficient and aesthetically integrated audiovisual infrastructure that meets all the needs of a modern office.
