This system also controls the lights and curtains in the hall.
As the building is equipped with many meeting-team work rooms, it was necessary to implement a solution for managing the occupancy of the rooms and informing users and guests. Innovative and energy-efficient electronic ink (E-ink) technology screens by Joan were selected. As large as 13″ screens can display occupancy for up to 9 rooms, and a single charge of the battery can last up to 1 year. No wires are required to install the screen, a Wifi network is sufficient, and the screen can be simply attached to the glass partition with the help of a special double-sided adhesive-magnetic holder. Large-format screens displaying general occupancy information for all halls were installed at reception and access points.

More information about the equipment used in this project:

https://getjoan.com/shop/joan-13/
https://martin-audio.com/products/loudspeakers/cdd8
https://www.crestron.com/Products/Control-Surfaces/Touch-Screens/Medium-Touch-Screens/TSW-770-B-S
https://www.sharpnecdisplays.eu/p/eeme/en/products/details/t/projectors/laser-projectors/rp/pa804ul.xhtml

The amphitheater features a large projection screen with NEC video projector, Martin Audio sound system with CDD series speakers, and Crestron automated control system.
