Located in the very center of Vilnius, next to the town hall, the luxurious five-star Radisson Blu Hotel offers its customers not only accommodation, but also conference services. This conference center is modernly equipped with five conference halls of various sizes, the audio-visual equipment of which was provided by Audiotonas. Earlier, during the reconstruction of the building, the large conference hall “Simfonija” was installed, and a decade later, the hotel management decided to upgrade the equipment of this hall, additionally install 4 smaller conference halls – “Sonata”, “Fuga”, “Arija” and “Oktava”. “.
The conference center is equipped with all the basic modern audiovisual equipment used for conferences, meetings or banquets. The Symphony Hall is the largest and most luxuriously equipped. It has an exceptional interior and coziness, and the hall is equipped with a full set of conference equipment:
This hall is unique in that it can be easily transformed into two halls with the possibility of separating or connecting the hall to the hall with the help of sliding acoustic partitions. When moving the partitions, the sensors inform the control system about the configuration of the hall, and the control system switches the audio-visual system accordingly.
The lighting system installed in the hall is divided into as many as eight zones. They are individually controlled by switching on, off or dimming. Universal Crestron DIN-1DIMU4 dimmers are installed for lighting control.
In the smaller Sonata hall, we encountered a problem due to the non-standard ceiling construction – it was not possible to install a video projector on the ceiling. However, this problem has been solved by installing an NEC ultra short throw projector and an Adeo stationary frame display.
The Fuga and Arija halls are equipped with NEC video projectors and Adeo motorized screens, and Crestron MPC-M10 controllers are equipped for convenient control of video and audio systems.
Oktava Hall is the smallest, we have integrated the NEC V series professional LCD monitor for presentations here.
